What is PetMax?

PetMax makes a portrait of your pet from a photo, in the style you choose. The portraits are made with AI from your own photo, and you can see yours free before you decide.

How long does it take?

Usually under a minute. You can wait and watch, or leave your email and we will send it when it is ready.

What does it cost?

The preview is free. A full-size download is £4.99. Prints are £39.99 (8×10") or £69.99 (16×20"), posted free in the UK, with the download included.

Can I get it printed?

Yes, in every style. Prints are giclee on 200gsm matte paper, sent unframed and ready to frame. They are posted free to UK addresses and usually arrive within a week.

What kind of photo works best?

One where you can see your pet's face clearly, in good light. Any photo from your phone is fine; it does not need to be a professional one.

What happens to my photo?

It is used only to make your portrait, and it is deleted within 24 hours.

What if I don't love it?

Try another look from the same photo; each preview is free. If you have paid and are not happy, email us within 30 days for a full refund. No reason needed.
