What we collect

When you use Pet Renaissance, we collect:

• The pet photo you upload (used solely to generate your portrait)
• Your email address (if provided during checkout)
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store card details)

How we use it

• Your photo is sent to our AI provider to generate the portrait, then deleted within 24 hours
• Generated portraits are stored for 30 days so you can download them
• Email addresses are used only for purchase receipts

Third parties

We use the following services to operate:

• Stripe — payment processing
• OpenAI — AI image generation
• Supabase — data storage

Your rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@petmax.ai.
